Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your filament, you may return unopened, unused spools within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Filament spools must be unopened and in original vacuum-sealed packaging
  • Product must be unused and in resalable condition
  • Original packaging and desiccant pack must be intact
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used filament spools (due to quality control and hygiene standards)
  • Filament exposed to moisture or removed from vacuum-sealed packaging
  • Custom or special order colors (if applicable)

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged filament spool, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the product at no charge or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at sales@3dbrothersusa.com with your order number
  2. Provide photos if the product is defective or damaged
  3. We will provide return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
